HEALTH & SAFETY ADVISOR NORTH/WEST
to join the team in Ghent.

Looking for a role where your expertise truly matters? Join us and help strengthen the safety culture across our Belgian operations. Your mission: prevent accidents, improve our practices, and act as a trusted partner for both managers and teams.
Your impact:
You develop and enhance our H&S Management System, together with H&S Business Partners and operational leaders.
You investigate incidents using root cause analysis and turn insights into effective, long-lasting actions.
You ensure equipment and site compliance by working closely with engineers, managers, and contractors.
You serve as the key contact for local and national safety authorities when needed.
You monitor H&S performance across your area and drive continuous improvement.
You participate in H&S committees and contribute to internal and industry-wide initiatives.
Your playground:
The North West (from coast to Limburg) Belgian region, with occasional travel outside your area. 70% in Ghent.
