Health Partner Engagement Coordinator III-Hybrid
The Health Partner Engagement Coordinator III provides high-level administrative support, data management, and operational coordination to the Health Partner Engagement team.
Essential Functions:
- Maintain accuracy of electronic provider records, profiles, and demographics within databases.
- Provide direct support to providers regarding portal navigation and troubleshooting.
- Support Health Partner Engagement (HPE) team in the maintenance and development of key relationships.
- Manage the HPE mailbox for provider and internal stakeholder inquires and responses.
- Submit and track ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets to resolution and provide necessary follow up to HPE team.
- Act as the HPLC liaison, providing support for provider credentialing, onboarding, and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with departmental staff and management personnel to ensure continuous performance improvement in an effort to improve provider satisfaction and internal operations.
- Pull and analyze provider claims trend data from Power BI to support provider education needs.
- Create, maintain, and update interactive Power BI dashboards specific to Market.
- Liaise with the MLSS team to access databases, and present data insights to HPE team and leadership.
- Assist in documenting provider concerns in applicable systems and provide support to resolve identified issues and potential risk.
- Perform all necessary duties to successfully support CareSource and Affiliate Companies contractual requirements with state and any other regulatory entities.
- Perform any other job related duties as requested.
Education and Experience:
- High School or GED completion required
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field is preferred
- One (1) year of healthcare industry, account management or sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare field preferred
- Intermediate proficiency level with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledgeable of Facets, Credentialing platforms, and Power BI
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to work directly with management teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range:
$47,400.00 - $76,000.00CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
