Head of Shared Services | FTSE E-Commerce | Ireland, Dublin - Hybrid | €150,000 - €200,000 A cash-rich global FTSE eCommerce business is looking to launch in the EU & UK and take the market by storm. As they are in the midst of setting up their EU & UK Headquarters and finance team, they are looking for a Head of Shared Services to set up and then lead this area of the business. This role is an evolving opportunity that will change throughout your time there; the opportunities are limitless. However, it will require a hands-on approach at first. Key duties

Lead the Global Shared Service Center
Set up the processes for the shared service function
Liaise with senior stakeholders to manage the processes globally
Manage the sales and purchase ledger functions
Recruit and manage the purchase and sales ledger teams
Adhoc responsibilities

You must be:

Experienced in managing a shared service centre
Experienced in managing transactional finance functions
Experience working in a large global business
Ideally, experience of working within an e-commerce, retail or FMCG industry
