Banyan Software is looking for a Head of Product Development & Innovation to help shape the next chapter of School Pathways' product journey. The ideal candidate will have experience leading product strategy for a SaaS platform, ideally in education or a highly regulated industry.

Requirements

Proven experience leading product strategy for a SaaS platform, ideally in education or a highly regulated industry
Strong track record of delivering innovative products that solve real customer problems
Experience driving AI first or intelligence driven product innovation
Deep understanding of product discovery, development, and roadmap prioritization
Ability to think big-picture while also diving into details when needed
Customer mindset with strong qualitative and quantitative decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and executive presence
