In RAMET (Russia, Africa, Middle East and Turkey) cluster we responsible for almost 2.2 bi potential consumers with our amazing team of 750 Kenvuers working across the commercial, enabling functions and manufacturing. Being the

What you will do
The Head of People, RAMET is responsible for cluster People Strategy along with the Leadership Team and leads the team of People Business Partners. You will partner with business leaders to develop talent strategy, sharpen High Performing Culture, strengthen talent pipelines and overall enable organization for efficient growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive and business leadership to align people strategies with RAMET’s long-term vision, business objectives, and critical capabilities needs, including organizational design, development, and change
management.
Architect and champion a transformative people strategy that fosters a culture of high performance, innovation,
inclusivity, and employee engagement across RAMET.
In partnership with wider People Function community and business leaders lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent acquisition, retention, and HR programs that anticipate future organizational needs and support business objectives.
Cultivate leadership development initiatives and provide expert coaching to managers and emerging leaders to inspire, motivate, and sustain diverse teams aligned with organizational goals.
Spearhead the integration of advanced HR technologies to streamline processes, elevate employee experience,
and enhance HR service delivery and compliance with labor regulations.
Champion diversity as core pillars of the organizational culture, embedding them into all people practices and leadership pipelines.
and consistent administration of People policies, labor relations strategies, and collective bargaining agreements.
Manage and develop a high-performing People team, ensuring workload
balance, professional growth, and delivery of exceptional employee relations services.
Establish and maintain strong internal and external partnerships, representing the organization in industrial forums and employee representative engagements.
Lead special projects related to People strategy, organizational change, and workforce planning as assigned by senior leadership, as well as contribute to wider People Strategy at EMEA level.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
10-12 years of progressive experience in human resources or people management roles, with demonstrated
success in leadership positions, ideally in FMCG industry
Fundamental experience in planning and executing HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams.
Desired Qualifications
Proven track record of designing and executing innovative people strategies that drive organizational growth and transformation.
Exceptional ability to leverage HR analytics and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and measure organizational performance.
Proficiency in industrial labor relations, including collective bargaining, negotiation, and managing sensitive labor relations dynamics.
Strong strategic leadership capabilities within matrixed and virtual organizational structures, with a resolution-oriented approach.
Deep understanding of contemporary workforce trends, diversity and inclusion best practices, and change management.
Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and relationship management skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Advanced analytical, consultative, negotiation, and communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with global, regional, and local organizational goals.
Demonstrated aptitude for fostering collaborative environments and nurturing talent in dynamic, fast-paced settings.
