You will play a pivotal role in shaping and accelerating the organisation’s digital marketing strategy, leading internal teams and consulting partners to drive speed-to-market and efficiency. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, including Compliance, Legal, and Risk, you will help embed a modern, automated model to support multi-market transformation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that supports wider commercial growth objectives and modernizes workflows and processes.
- Designing and delivering targeted, multi-channel programs that reduce brief-to-launch cycle times by 30–50% through high-ROI automations.
- Leading a team of digital marketing resources, setting clear objectives and driving change management through new training and playbooks.
- Embedding a governance-first approach across initiatives, codifying control gates and ensuring all marketing activities are audit-ready.
- Overseeing the evolution of digital platforms and workflow orchestration, ensuring the integration of internal systems and external vendor tools.
- Leveraging AI-driven marketing and agentic AI to automate high-friction steps like compliance pre-checks and content quality assurance.
- Managing the digital marketing budget and overseeing external consultancies to ensure all implementations align with enterprise standards.
For this position, it is essential you have significant relevant experience of working within an investment management environment or financial services business.
