You will lead a fast-moving, collaborative team that impacts all go-to-market aspects of AppZen. This position will work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to oversee the development, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of contracts with a particular focus on customer, reseller, vendor, and nondisclosure agreements, all in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. This individual will be responsible for creating and overseeing the legal framework that enables our team to drive ARR growth while ensuring compliance and managing legal risks effectively. Strong candidates will be solutions-driven and independent, with direct experience drafting and negotiating software, cloud, and channel agreements.
