Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced finance manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.

You’ll be reporting into our Managing Director, Ireland and be a key member of the Ireland Leadership Team, responsible for leading the Finance function. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders. The delivery of top and bottom-line financial results will be your primary responsibility.

What you’ll do:

  • Focus on delivering commercial and financial metrics, including ownership of the Zero Based Budgeting budgets and managing all financial matters from a P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates and reports to business through key business routines
  • Being the key Business Partner to the MD of Ireland, helping to support achievement of the company annual operating plan and 3-year objectives
  • Maintaining effective communication with other teams within the business to ensure financial and business goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives
  • Actively drive improved financial performance of the Ireland business unit by highlighting opportunities to improve (e.g. price/mix)
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to finance team members, promoting professional growth, best practices and efficiencies

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in an FMCG financial or strategy/consulting setting
  • Advanced analytical and organizational skills, fluent in Excel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Ideally a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
