About The Job This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and visionary Head of Finance to join our team at the Wexford factory in Ireland. ABOUT THE FACTORY Wexford is part of the SN Global Supply Point network and producing Early Life Nutrition portfolio. With around 300 employees and 450 sku’s this factory is critical in the ELN production of SN Global Supply Point Network and overall Danone. This permanent, full-time role offers the chance to make a significant impact and work closely with the Factory Director and Plant Leadership Team to drive financial excellence and strategic growth. ABOUT THE JOB Focus on cost competitiveness Set a clear direction for long-term COGS evolution Support and Drive IWS implementation within the factory, PLT role in coaching on the floor Developing the Finance Team, on functional, managerial, business partnering capabilities and to lead the digitalization of the function Be the business partner for the PLT Drive a 3Y pipeline for productivity projects Analyze, consolidate and animate the financial performance of the factory Participate in strategic business cases and projects as appropriate (investment, restructuring, Capex, value creation projects etc) Animate and drive Internal Control progress and improvements across the factory Strengthen the SN GSP Finance community About You ABOUT YOU Strong financial analysis and accountancy background, and excellent people management skills Strategic mindset to set a clear direction for long-term COGS evolution Build strong partnerships across plant leadership, finance and other key functions to drive alignment and execution Develop the local finance team and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Be able to use data-driven insights and sound judgment to make timely, effective decisions that support business performance Fast learner, positive energy, committed, resilient Fluent in English Change management experience and ability to lead change process About Us ABOUT DANONE Danone is a leading global food and beverage company with three main fast-growing categories: Essential Dairy and Plant-based products, Waters, and Specialized Nutrition.
