Head of Delivery
We are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead and scale the execution of web and mobile development projects, ensuring high-quality delivery, predictability, and client satisfaction. This role is key to connecting strategy, technical teams, and clients, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
Lead the delivery strategy for web and mobile projects across multiple clients and accounts.
Ensure compliance with timelines, quality, scope, and budget across all projects.
Lead, coordinate, and support Project Managers in day-to-day project execution.
Define and continuously improve delivery frameworks, agile methodologies, and scalable operating models.
Act as the main escalation point for risks, deviations, or client-related issues.
Work closely with Sales, Talent, and Technology teams to plan capacity, staffing, and ramp-ups.
Drive continuous improvement in performance, productivity, and overall client experience.
Ensure clear, transparent, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor key delivery metrics such as velocity, forecasting accuracy, margins, and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience leading software delivery in technology services companies.
Technical background in web and/or mobile development (ideally with exposure to Flutter).
Experience managing multidisciplinary and distributed teams.
Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models).
Results-driven mindset with strong planning and risk management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.\
Advanced English (C1) for interaction with international clients
Nice to Have
Previous experience in software factories or consulting environments.
Knowledge of staff augmentation and fixed-price project models.
Ability to scale delivery operations in high-growth contexts.
Strong customer-centric and data-driven mindset.
