Head of Customer Success
Escape is building an AI-powered code-to-cloud security platform, specializing in Attack Surface Management, automated pentesting, and DAST. With 35+ people, offices in NYC & Paris, and an $18M Series A, we are growing our team and seeking our first Head of Customer Success to join the NYC office.
About the Role
We are looking for a technical Customer Success leader to own the success of our customers and manage a small Customer Success team of 2. You’ll work closely with the Product team, Head of Sales, and Engineering to drive adoption, deliver technical onboarding, and ensure our high-value clients get the most from our platform.
Responsibilities
Lead and grow the Customer Success team of 2, coaching them on technical onboarding, support, and account management
Partner with customers for smooth adoption and technical guidance, sharing best practices
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer satisfaction and inform the product roadmap
Handle high-touch onboarding, POCs, and complex technical escalations for strategic accounts
Requirements
5+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management, with team leadership experience in a high-growth startup
Strong technical background (SaaS, software; Python knowledge is a plus)
Experience working with technical buyers and technical teams
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills
