The Head of Creative Studio role is a key and influential leadership hire, acting as a strategic partner to senior marketing stakeholders and shaping the future of the organisation’s creative output. You will be responsible for translating business and brand objectives into compelling creative direction, delivering impactful, integrated work across a diverse range of channels and audiences.

As the Head of Creative Studio, you will be a strategic and hands-on leader focused on elevating the brand’s presence and creative excellence globally:

  • Strategy and Execution: Translating brand and commercial objectives into a clear creative vision and roadmap, delivering integrated campaigns and content across digital, social, web, video, print, events, and broadcast channels.
  • Creative Excellence and Delivery: Leading the end-to-end creative process from concept through to production, ensuring all output is high quality, on-brief, on-brand, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Team Leadership and Culture: Managing and mentoring a team of designers, building a collaborative, high-performing culture across an international team environment.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with marketing, product, research, and content teams, as well as external agency partners, to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions.
  • Brand Governance and Compliance: Ensuring all creative adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with internal stakeholders where necessary.
  • Innovation and Insight: Staying ahead of creative and marketing trends, tools, and technologies, using insight to continuously evolve the creative approach and enhance audience engagement.

This role is based in London and is office based five days per week.
