About the Team

The Marketing and Design teams at Nothing are here to make tech feel like something again. We don't do boring. We are currently solving the challenge of maintaining a boutique, high-craft aesthetic while scaling our production output for a rapidly expanding global product ecosystem. As our Production Director on a fixed-term basis, you will step into the heart of this chaos to build order, leading a team that turns ambitious, world-first creative concepts into tangible assets that spark emotion.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end content production for our upcoming global launches, ensuring every project feels like Nothing.
  • Scale our production capabilities by building a flexible, high-performance network of global partners and vendors.
  • Own the production budget across all major campaigns, ensuring every pound is used to create maximum visual impact.
  • Build seamless workflows between our London-based creative studio and regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency.
  • Direct high-fidelity shoots and asset creation, from initial briefing through to final delivery.
  • Identify and solve production bottlenecks before they happen, keeping our fast-moving launch cycles on track.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary production team, building capability, clarity, and confidence across every project.

 

What We're Looking For

  • You have led production for a high-growth brand or world-class agency, with a portfolio that shows you care about the details.
  • A natural drive to take full ownership of a project from the first brief to the final export.
  • Significant experience managing complex, multi-currency budgets and large-scale contract negotiations.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving that balances high-level creative ambition with the reality of tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team of producers, editors, and external partners.
  • A deep understanding of the technical side of production, including CGI, motion graphics, and global delivery specs.
  • An obsession with excellence and a refusal to settle for "good enough" when it comes to visual storytelling.

  • Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices).
  • Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room.
  • Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
