Our Local Programs and Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where we operate. The EU Compliance Officer will architect and lead the company’s regulatory compliance program and strategy across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full alignment with evolving fintech and digital-asset regulations while embedding a culture of regulatory excellence, operational efficiency, and technology-driven transformation.  The EU Compliance Officer will be responsible for supporting the company’s regulatory compliance obligations, including the management of regulatory examinations and compliance independent reviews / external audits, preparing and submitting regulatory reporting in support of various licenses, maintaining program documentation and tracking and driving finding, recommendations and observations. The role will lead a Compliance team ensuring robust policies and controls are in place and in line with regulatory change. The role will report to the company’s Board of Directors and will be a direct report to the Chief Compliance Officer of the group.
