JasperRose are partnering with a well‑known luxury retailer undergoing a period of transition within their finance team.
This is a hands‑on opportunity to step into a business at a pivotal moment - supporting the CFO, leading commercial insight, and driving forward financial modelling, liquidity planning and digital transformation projects.
The role offers hybrid working with 3 days per work in their London office.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
- Leading commercial insight across retail, digital and trading performance
- Partnering closely with CFO, senior leadership and operational teams
- Challenging assumptions and supporting decision‑making with high‑quality analysis
Financial Modelling & Forecasting
- Building and improving complex financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Leading budget cycles, reforecasts and long‑range planning
- Supporting strategic projects with robust commercial analysis
Liquidity & Cashflow
- Owning liquidity forecasts, working capital planning and cashflow management
- Identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions
- Providing clear visibility to the CFO and wider leadership
Change & Transformation
- Supporting the CFO in restructuring a team that has experienced upheaval
- Bringing stability, structure and best practice to reporting and processes
- Playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives across finance
Reporting & Performance Insight
- Producing high‑quality commercial reporting packs and board‑level commentary
- Driving consistency across trading, sales, margin and cost reporting
- Ensuring data integrity and insight‑led decision support
The Successful Candidate:
- ACA or ACCA or CIMA qualified is essential
- Big 4 training is essential
- Strong retail sector background (multi‑channel, digital, or DTC highly desirable)
- Senior Manager / Head of level commercial finance experience
- Expert financial modeller with strong liquidity and cashflow capability
- Hands‑on, proactive and commercially minded
- Confident communicator able to influence senior leaders
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
