That means a culture of empowerment, where speaking up is valued, and growth and development are constant.Ferring+You As a Head of Centre of Expertise Aseptic Processes Global Technical Operations (Manufacturing Technology & Science), you will be responsible for managing a team of experts establishing and leading global standards and capabilities for aseptic practices across the network.The COE leads global subject‑matter experts (SME) and partners with manufacturing site experts, Quality Control, QA, Engineering, R&D, and external partners. The mission includes process standardization, lifecycle management, technical stewardship, technology transfer support, and global capability.Your day at FerringDefine a global roadmap for aseptic practices improvement, jointly with other COEs, site experts, QA, EngineeringMonitor the aseptic performance across the network (eg., deviations, audit gaps)Lead some remediation or improvement programs, eg., cost improvement initiativesDevelop and harmonize global standards, risk assessmenProvide expert guidance or lead for tech transfer, complex deviations, process and method investigations, change controls, inspection, eg., review protocols or reports, define validation strategyLead communities of practice (COP). Leverage COPs to increase capability across the networkDrive benchmarking and continuous improvement internally and externallyManage priorities, capacity and performance for the COE.
