Role Purpose 

 

The BMP Program Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery, integration, and organizational adoption of the BMP vertical applications that will form the future IT backbone for Allianz Spain. Operating within IT Organization Management and reporting into the Director of Digital & Core Products, this role acts as the single point of leadership for all BMP‑related delivery activities. 

  

 

This role owns: 

 

  • BMP Program Execution: managing all implementation activities required to introduce the Group’s vertical BMP products into the Allianz Spain ecosystem, replacing outdated ePAC capabilities and enabling future business processes. 
  • Business & OE Integration: ensuring BMP products are properly adapted to local needs, aligned to OE processes, and seamlessly handed over as part of the future product portfolio for the Operating Entity. 
  • Technical Delivery Coordination: orchestrating work across AzT, local engineering teams, Solution Architects, integration teams, security, and data platforms to ensure BMP solutions are delivered safely, on time, and within quality expectations. 
  • Product Alignment & Value Delivery: ensuring BMP verticals evolve into fully operational, scalable “Core Products” aligned with OE enterprise architecture, business objectives, and CTDO strategy. 
  • Stakeholder Engagement: acting as the primary liaison between Allianz Spain (OE & CTDO), Allianz Technology (AzT), and Group BMP teams to align requirements, resolve gaps, and secure adoption. 
  • Governance & Compliance: ensuring BMP delivery adheres to enterprise architecture guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and Group standards for security, data, and design authority. 

 

 

What we need from you: 

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. 
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (such as PMP), Agile methodologies, or ITIL are advantageous. 
  • Extensive experience in program or project management, particularly in IT delivery and integration projects. 
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. 
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships. 
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, enterprise architecture, and software development methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with integration technologies, data platforms, and security standards. 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Copilot or similar tools
  • Experience with modernizing legacy systems and implementing scalable IT solutions. 
  • Excellent leadership abilities to guide teams and drive program execution. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliverables. 
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at various levels. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, including senior management, technical teams, and business units. 
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. 
  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions. 
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives (the WHAT, WHY, and WHERE) into actionable plans (the HOW) within Allianz Spain’s IT Organization Management. 
  • Understanding of Allianz's business objectives, values, and culture. 
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and Group standards for security, data, and design authority.
