Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional, based in Mumbai. The role involves creating and implementing business plans, managing a sales team, and driving channel sales. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, crafting innovative sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and expand market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and the ability to develop strategic initiatives
- Proven experience in Team Management and motivating teams to achieve goals
- Expertise in Channel Sales and Sales strategies
- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing with the ability to execute campaigns and attract new clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to foster client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in market trends and sales analysis
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Previous experience in the jewelry industry is mandatory.
