Job Summary

We are seeking a tax professional to support most aspects of the income tax compliance and accounting lifecycle, including the preparation of federal and state income tax returns, quarterly financial statement tax provisions, and other federal and state compliance filing requirements. This role will have the general knowledge to support areas of income tax compliance, accounting and reporting with direction and guidance. This position offers the opportunity to experience the full income tax lifecycle within a dynamic insurance environment. You will join a collaborative and technically strong tax team that values knowledge sharing, continuous improvement and professional development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 2 year experience in corporate accounting and/or tax compliance, within the insurance industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of federal and state corporate tax code and regulations.

• Knowledge of preparing and processing journal entries and account reconciliations.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of the insurance industry

• Experience with income tax technology software (e.g., Corptax, OneSource).

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$41,700.00 - $92,800.00
