Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion
Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Skill Requirements
Developer with 2-3+years of experience in full‑stack development, AI/automation, and data analytics. The role combines frontend development (Flutter, React), backend services (Node.js), and Python‑based data and NLP pipelines to support AI‑enabled document analysis and conversational solutions.
Other Requirements
The ideal candidate can translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate in Agile teams, and work closely with AI architects, data engineers, UX designers, and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills and hands‑on experience with AI prompt engineering, document classification, and cloud data platforms are essential.
