We are looking for an experienced Leading Hand, or Storeperson to step up into a Leading Hand role. Your duties will include:

• Leading a team to ensure objectives are communicated, and KPI’s achieved on a daily basis 
• Ensure operational performance across functions including inbound, outbound, picking/packing, and inventory
• Customer interaction including maintaining good working relationships and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner 
• Maintaining stock integrity in warehouse including adhering to DHL policies and procedures 
• Following safe work practices and work instructions
• Assist with identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven operational experience working in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment
• Forklift Licence e.g. High Reach, Counter Balance and/or Double Deep (highly desirable)
• Proven customer facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership skills 
• WMS experience – including exposure to the various functions
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills including Excel
