Gulf Regional Sales Director - Data Center/Mission Critical
Responsible for providing strategy to identify and develop prospective new customers. Develop an annual strategic plan and annual budget. Work effectively with customers and Channel Partners within the region while maintaining relationships with the key decision makers. Manage sales teams throughout assigned region to ensure the effective allocation of company resources and assets. Advise senior management of customer and competitive developments that impact sales growth and profitability and recommend strategies and decision options to counteract market pressures. Work closely with product divisions to implement strategies focused on geographic, customer, industry, and market needs. Demonstrated success in leading outside sales teams, both directly and indirectly, to expand new and existing business Extensive indirect sales model experience in commercial roles, working with channel distributors and outside sales reps Proven track record of leading teams (directly/indirectly) to achieve sales goals, resulting in business outcomes exceeding $40M in sales Minimum 8 years of experience with commercial electrical industry sales, marketing, and/or engineering Minimum 4 years of experience as a manager of people Must possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver's license Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution Must be able to travel domestically up to 25% of the time Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. MBA A minimum of 12 years of sales management and sales or marketing experience Knowledge of data center sales process including products, application and complex channels of distribution Strong management of people skills, talent selection and recruitment, demonstrated ability to manage conflict and leadership skills required Providing developing opportunities for employees Strong team player that actively contributes to the group's success Excellent written and oral communication skills in addition to strong organizational skills Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and balance workload This includes competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $141346.17 - $207307.72 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
