We're looking for a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our ambitious goal of scaling operations twice in the next 4 years, with a major focus on extending Sales & Marketing functions mostly in EMEA, LATAM and the USA.

Our recruitment process prioritizes quality assessment and attracting top talent in the market. In this role, you will work predominantly with roles within our Sales and Marketing teams, managing the entire candidate funnel from screening to job offer.

You’ll have the possibility to innovate, optimize processes, and build partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a partner and advisor. You'll be supported by specialists in sourcing, TA marketing, and TA enablement, along with top-tier recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, Calendly) to ensure efficiency, speed, and quality in hiring.

This role is fully remote within Spain/Serbia or Ukraine, with a flexible schedule.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects as a TA Specialist and project manager

  • Co-design the assessment process when needed: scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools

  • Maintain accurate analytics (pipeline health, conversion metrics, quality signals) and use insights to improve outcomes

  • Partner closely with the sourcing team to build strong pipelines and engage top talent proactively

  • Evaluate candidates’ competencies and values fit using structured methods (screening calls, CBI interviews, etc.)

  • Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience

What we look for

  • 3+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end hiring ownership)

  • Experience hiring GTM roles (e.g., SDR, BDM/AE, CSM) in B2B SaaS

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)

  • Demonstrated focus on hiring quality, with a structured and deep assessment approach

  • Strong commitment to best-in-class candidate experience and consistently high hiring standards

  • Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and full project ownership

  • Data-driven mindset: ability to track funnel metrics, analyze conversion, and use insights to improve hiring outcomes

  • Stakeholder management: ability to advise hiring managers, run strong intakes, and influence decisions

  • Knowledge of competency-based approach in interviewing

  • Knowledge of additional languages

  • Screening call with the TA Specialist (30 mins)

  • Role play with the TA Lead (60 mins)

  • Competency-based interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist (90 mins)

  • Case study (2-3 hours)

  • Hiring Manager interview (60 mins)
