GTM State Lead - NSW/ACT
- Lead regional activation of national GTM sprints, ensuring execution aligns with local market dynamics and broker needs.
- Engage directly with brokers and frontline sales teams to deliver, support, and adapt go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as the conduit between national GTM strategy and local execution, sharing real-time feedback and identifying regional opportunities or challenges.
- Partner with State Sales Leaders to support seamless handover from GTM sprint completion to business-as-usual sales management.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tools, and change management across local stakeholders.
- Track and report on key sprint KPIs and adoption outcomes at the regional level.
- This is a field-based role with significant travel expected.
- The successful candidate should anticipate traveling up to 50% of the time, including broker visits, in-person meetings, and on-site support during key rollout periods.
- Flexibility is essential, with a mix of remote, in-office, and on-the-road work required.
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM, field operations, or broker engagement within financial services or fintech.
- Proven experience in managing in-field activations and broker-centric initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a highly agile environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Ability to travel. The successful candidate can expect to be on the road approximately 50% of the time, visiting broker offices, attending local activations, and supporting in-field delivery across their region.
