MISSION
Drive the agency’s sustainable growth by identifying, analyzing, and developing new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategy. Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, providing market and performance data insights to support strategic decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally with Growth, commercial, and finance teams to turn opportunities into tangible results.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Identify and analyze new business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
Track and manage the opportunity pipeline, ensuring visibility, traceability, and timely progress.
Support the preparation of proposals, business cases, and budget estimates related to new opportunities.
Work closely with the Growth team led, aligning regional efforts.
Leverage insights and learnings from the Southern Cone.
Analyze market, client, and performance data to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and finance teams when needed.
