You will own and scale the homeowner supply growth engine (across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention). You’ll be the GM of your own system, driving strategy and execution for a full-stack, AI-first funnel. You’ll ship fast, measure everything, and bring a growth obsession that matches our ambition. You’ll work at the intersection of product, data science, design, marketing, and AI infrastructure. Your mission is simple: generate high-quality supply faster and more cost-effectively every month.
