ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Growth Lead will lead digital distribution strategies to drive growth for Regal. This is a hands-on, high-velocity role for someone who thrives on testing, iterating, and scaling new marketing channels. The right person isn’t just good at running campaigns; they’re obsessed with growth hacking, new tools, and finding fresh ways to break through. In this role, you’ll work closely with Regal execs and have a lot of visibility into how a high-growth marketing team and startup runs.
Above all, you are data‑driven: you hypothesize, tinker, iterate, and ruthlessly cut tactics that don’t perform.
