Growth Marketer (Cold Email Outreach)

About the Role: Are you obsessed with finding new ways to grow? Do you see cold email not as spam, but as a scientific process of starting valuable conversations at scale? We are looking for a true Growth Marketer to own our clients' cold outreach engines. This isn't your typical email marketing job. We need a data-driven individual who can blend creative copywriting with technical know-how to build, test, and scale our lead generation programs from the ground up. You'll be our expert on the entire outreach funnel—from digging into client value propositions and finding the perfect audience, to setting up the technical infrastructure, A/B testing copy, and analyzing the data to build a predictable pipeline of qualified leads.
