Role Overview We are looking for a Growth Manager to drive user and trading growth for Aster. This role focuses on growth strategy, referral/affiliate expansion, and data-driven experiments, working closely with product, BD, and marketing teams to scale user acquisition and trading activity. The ideal candidate is highly execution-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving crypto environment.
