Role

Beach Bum is a dynamic and innovative gaming company that brings a fresh twist to classic games by introducing them to the world of casual online games. Beach Bum was created in 2015 by industry leaders out of a genuine passion for gaming and technology. In 2021, Beach Bum was acquired by Voodoo, opening the door to countless new opportunities and millions of players worldwide!

As a Growth Manager, you will own the scaling of a top priority game or a portfolio of new titles, acting as the Head of Marketing and strategic counterpart to the General Manager. Your mission is simple: grow Beach Bum's portfolio aggressively. You will leverage our full Performance Marketing engine (User Acquisition experts, Creative Production, internal tools) and activate non-paid growth levers to push performance even further.

Before stepping into the Growth Manager role, you will spend 9 months to 1 year building a deep expertise in user acquisition, acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist.

  • Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.

  • Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive).

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.

  • Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.

Profile

  • Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Grande École program).

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech).

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

  • Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing.

  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English.
