Make an impact:

The Growth Director role is a crucial role to ensure dentsu Finland’s future growth. You will work together with dentsu Finland management, client leads, strategists and project managers in order to constantly find new growth opportunities for our clients and us. You will have an important role in making sure that the dentsu Finland sales engine is working efficiently. Your main focus in the beginning will be around new business, but depending on your background and interests, you can also have a role in developing the sales competences and processes for existing business. 
 

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:   

  • Building a sales culture and consultative sales capabilities at dentsu
  • Keeping new business activity levels up and leading the new business team
  • Meeting your own new business target, acting as a pitch lead for selected pitches
  • Building data driven sales process and sales tool stack, competences, partnerships
  • Ensuring the right energy and mindset for a sales oriented company
     

Key requirements:

  • You are an experienced marketing and sales professional, with more than 10 years of relevant experience 
  • Experience leading a sales team with proven growth results
  • Ability to build and develop a modern B2B sales process, thorough understanding of sales tech and tools
  • Background from media agency is a must, experience from an ad agency and IT/tech is a plus
  • Confident, ambitious, highly professional, able to interact easily at all levels 
  • Capable of maintaining a high level of energy and team spirit
  • High personal integrity, which allows you to offer your perspective respectfully
  • A good colleague and a team player
  • Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and orally
