Purpose of the role
Drive value creation through effective collaboration with airports and tourism stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the Group’s network objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and support the negotiation of Airport Incentive schemes and marketing support agreements with Airports and Tourism Boards. This may include travelling.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Network, Finance and Legal) to structure, approve, and execute incentive and support agreements.
- Manage and monitor support agreements, ensuring contractual compliance, commitments, and maximisation of commercial and strategic value.
- Track financial benefits and report on results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airport authorities, tourism boards, and other external partners to support long-term collaboration.
Your skills, experience and qualifications
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen, with the ability to structure and evaluate incentive and support agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and communicate effectively with internal and external partners at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, particularly in analysing commercials, contract management, financial tracking, and performance monitoring.
- High level of organisation and ownership, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English; other languages are a plus.
Experience:
- Experience supporting or leading procurement activities, including commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
- Project management experience, including planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of corporate compliance & controls standards and practical experience in applying them in the own area of responsibility Working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Working experience with airports, tourism boards, network or within the aviation industry is highly desirable.
