Group Finance Director

Ergomed is a rapidly expanding full service mid-sized CRO specialising in Oncology and Rare Disease. The Group Finance Director is responsible for leading the Group's financial reporting, consolidation, and financial control across multiple international entities, ensuring compliance with IFRS, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Significant experience in a Group Financial Director, Head of Financial Reporting, or similar senior finance role
• Strong experience in group consolidation and financial reporting within a multi-entity international organisation
