JOB SUMMARY: As a Group Design Manager within our core experiences functions, this role is pivotal in enhancing the product experience for JioHotstar customers. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, leading a team of designers, and working towards improving experiences that facilitate content browsing and discovery for users. ABOUT THE TEAM: Design is one of the key teams at JioHotstar. We have 4 key areas of focus - Product Design, UX Research, Design Standards and Creative Studio.We are a closely-knit team of 30+ people at the moment, who work across the spectrum of design from deriving insight from data, designing interfaces and prototypes, and testing with users to motion graphics and illustrations.
