Job Type: Full Time; Onsite Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:15PM)

Job Description: BRAVO Group has an opening in our NYC office for an experienced Graphic Design manager to join our Marketing and Business Development function. This individual will be responsible for the ownership of graphics but will also contribute to proposal development and social media marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with marketing, business development, executive leadership, and technical project management teams (Architects, Engineers, Construction Managers) to translate complex concepts into clear, visually impactful designs.
  • Maintain and evolve BRAVO’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Design brochures, one-pagers, infographics, case studies, and other marketing collateral to support business development efforts and talent attraction.
  • Develop graphics and written content for the company website, social media posts, and email campaigns; assist in monitoring web traffic and success from marketing campaigns.
  • Create compelling, visually engaging proposals and presentations that effectively communicate BRAVO's expertise and differentiators.
  • Capture and edit photographs and videos of industry events and ongoing/completed projects for marketing and promotional use.
  • Utilize industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.
  • Lead assigned proposal development processes, including messaging, storyboarding, production scheduling, writing, editing, and integrating graphics with technical content.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least seven (7) years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other design tools. 
  • Experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with a working knowledge of proposal processes and pursuit strategies.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into visually compelling assets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. #LI-Onsite

Salary
$95,000$115,000 USD
