Position Title: Government Relations Executive

Role Overview:
The Sales Administration Executive will be responsible for managing the sales administration processes and fostering relationships with government entities for outdoor advertising. The individual will work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, secure necessary permits, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Support the sales team by managing sales orders, contracts, and client communications.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and government permits.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and installation of outdoor advertising materials.
Government Relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
Act as the liaison between the company and government agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals for outdoor advertising.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations pertaining to outdoor advertising.
Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure all outdoor advertising activities comply with government regulations and industry standards.
Prepare and submit required documentation to government authorities for permit applications and renewals.
Keep abreast of changes in regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders within the company.
Client Support:
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and client presentations.
Assist clients in navigating the permit application process and ensure they meet all regulatory requirements.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to government permits and compliance.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, government permit status, and compliance issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with government officials and regulatory bodies.
Develop and update standard operating procedures for sales administration and government relations.
