Key Responsibilities

Design target-state Google Workspace architecture aligned to business, security, and compliance needs
Define migration strategy for Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams
Lead mailbox, file, and collaboration workload migrations
Design coexistence and phased migration approaches
Act as primary technical advisor for stakeholders and leadership
Ensure minimal business disruption and high user satisfaction

Technical Expertise Required Google Workspace

Google Workspace Tennent architecture and administration
Configuring GWS security parameters including , Gmail mail flow, routing, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and compliance rules
Google Drive and Shared Drives architecture, permissions, and governance
Google Meet and Chat configuration and enterprise collaboration design
Google Vault retention, legal holds, and eDiscovery
Knowledge on Gemini AI for Google workspace
