Why This Role Matters
As a TaaS Control Tower Analyst with Portuguese, you help keep Goodyear’s connected fleets running smoothly. By monitoring alerts, coordinating services, and supporting daily operations, you ensure efficient workflows, quality service, and a strong customer experience.
What You’ll Do
Monitor fleet alerts and service workflows within the GMC platform
Coordinate with fleets and service partners to confirm actions
Approve or reject service jobs based on data accuracy
Plan and manage vehicle availability for scheduled services
Follow up on delayed or incomplete jobs with service providers
Arrange breakdown and roadside assistance with internal/external teams
Provide L1 technical support and remote diagnostics for telematics units
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience in customer support, call centers, or client-facing roles
Strong organization, prioritization, and workflow management skills
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ticketing/workflow tools
Experience in planning, scheduling, transportation, or technical environments
