Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Analyst Finance, you will play a key role in reporting and analyzing the financial performance of Goodyear Türkiye. In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the organization & shared service teams.
What You'll Do
Build a strong understanding of a portfolio of accounts, monitoring financial performance and thoughtfully identifying trends or areas that may benefit from deeper review in partnership with Finance and Business teams.
Develop insightful analyses on revenue, pricing, and expenses, clearly communicating key takeaways and supporting informed decision-making.
Contribute to financial analysis projects, ensuring work is well-documented, accurate, and aligned with team objectives.
Create clear and engaging financial presentations, tailoring communication to colleagues with varying levels of financial expertise.
Partner with the team to support forecasting activities and help evaluate the company’s short-, medium-, and long-term outlook.
Prepare and coordinate data & analysis responses to requests from local official authorities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience relevant to FP&A.
Strong business acumen in process improvement, demonstrated understanding of sales, marketing and plants operations.
Experienced in supporting high performing Finance team.
Strong understanding and practical skills in relevant systems (i.e. EDW, ERP system (SAP preferred), MS Office, Hyperion or similar local application.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication & collaboration skills.
