Global Workplace – Lease Administrator – Auckland

As a Lease Administrator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how WSP manages its Corporate Real Estate portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.

You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end lease lifecycle—from lease and rent renewals through to reviews, amendments, and ongoing administration. 

Beyond the technical aspects, you’ll have the opportunity to provide strategic property advice, working closely with internal stakeholders and senior leaders to support sound, future‑focused property decisions.

This is a role where your expertise will be trusted, your insights valued, and your ability to influence will make a real impact.

About you:

• Qualification in Property or Equivalent.

• Preferably minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in a related discipline.

• Experience with building strong client relationships: Ability to influence and business partner with senior executive and business leaders.
