Global Trainee for Operations (Engineering)

The Ingredion Global Talent for Operations (GTO) Program is designed to provide high-caliber early-in-career talents with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated global experiences to build a superior foundation in Operations and develop robust leadership capabilities.
As GTO, you will take part in a 36-month rotational program as part of a global cohort in Manufacturing track.
During the program, you will take on a new role every 12 months – building your technical skills and leadership capabilities along the way through on-the-job learning and development, strategic project work, and instructor-led trainings focusing on a new theme each year:
Year 1: Technical Foundations
Year 2: Personal Development
Year 3: Leadership Development
During this rotational development program, you will be required to move to a new location up to 3 times to broaden your professional network and breadth of Operations experience.
You are the right candidate for the role if you have:
Degree in any Engineering specialisation.
Min 3.0+ GPA/CGPA / 80%+ (or academic equivalent) with active participations in extra curricular activities in university
Not more than 3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
Willing to work in Kalasin
Ability and willingness to travel - including travelling to USA throughout the full 36-month program
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information and prepare concisely written reports.
Proven analytical problem solving, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Agility to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced, global environment
