As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the S&C Global Network, you will help clients across industries accelerate talent transformation, AI‑powered workforce capability building, and organizational change. Using your expertise in AI‑centric design, behavior change, and talent development, you will shape innovative strategies and solutions that enable clients to build present-relevant, future‑ready, agile, AI‑enabled workforce. You will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through complex transformations and enabling smooth, people‑centered transitions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Learning Design and Development. Essentially, you’ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future!
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to develop the training curriculum.
• Develop high-quality and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum.
• Design standards, guidelines, templates, and checklists for the proposed learning solution.
• Collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables.
• Review training deliverables to ensure that the deliverable quality is as per the project quality parameters and industry standards.
• Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss possible solutions/mitigations/ alternatives.
• Coach instructional designers and content developers to prepare materials for instructor development workshops.
• Provide clear and effective feedback to team with the intent to develop their instructional design skills.
• Identify opportunities to implement new and innovative learning strategies into the solution.
• Leverage proficiency in instructional design, research and information gathering, content analysis, content design, knowledge of latest trends in the learning industry.
• Apply your strong knowledge in industry standard design/rapid authoring tools such as Articulate/Captivate/ Lectora/ Camtasia/ SAP Enable Now/WalkMe /Whatfix and be comfortable with client proprietary authoring tools. An ideal candidate should be well-versed with the technical functionalities and limitations of these tools.
• Work in a problem-solving global environment with Cross cultural competence.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and writing skills with a strong business acumen.

Essential Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization, preferably Journalism / Mass Communication / English Literature /Advertising / Public Relations
• Desired work experience: 6+years of proven experience in content development and instructional designing
• Experience of working on one of these - ERP implementations, enterprise-wide technology transformations, cloud-based implementations. Exposure to Cyber Security education and awareness programs will be a bonus.
• Extensive experience in developing, reviewing and delivering different training modalities like Instructor-Led Trainings, Web-Based Trainings, application simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders in a multi-cultural and global environment
• Language Capabilities – Proficient in English and Arabic (Written and Verbal)

• Team Player; enjoys the intellectual stimulation of collaborating with colleagues around the world
• Determined; appreciates a challenge and overcoming obstacles to achieve results
• Digitally savvy; continuous learner
• Strong communicator.
• Willing to travel and work at international client sites (varies by project, but travel requirements can go up to 80% onsite travel in Middle East region or the globe)
