Job Description

Process/Productivity engineer who will provide technical support to field process engineers, and product support personnel that are troubleshooting Etch chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defect, and yield failure issues Reports process related enhancement, continuous design improvements to engineering group Supports first in Fab customers with process qualification Provides training Field Service engineers and provides BKM documents Travel up to 15% -20% Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead specific projects Works with cross-functional teams to get information and results needed to deliver results Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience. Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs and deadlines Good communication skills both written and verbal Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners Etch process engineering experience Experience with Lam ‘s Etch products Semiconductor fab experience is required Collaboration/ Matrix environment mindset
