This role is responsible for supporting the Manager Category in the development and execution of sourcing strategies to deliver business performance through the usage of relevant resources and network using GP processes and best practices. Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will be first contact to regional team for the Ocean Bid This role will lead bids under Procurement policies, and will support in main strategies SOCO Bids. Align operations with projects and strategies to optimize resources and supplier collaboration, ensuring the successful execution of the BU's productivity plan. Monitor implemented projects and prepare project monitoring reports (KPIs and metrics) Focus process efforts on compliance and efficiency metrics, increased data analysis, market knowledge, and cross-functional information flows. Your Impact First point of contact to transport/logistic/WH area in SOCO Develop and create strategies for local and SOCO defined regions – Make decision Enable all Global and Sector category stratergies – Execute Develop key suppliers for Supply Chain transformation Generate improvements in Inbound and Outobund routes Interaction with stakeholders across all markets functions. Responsible for compliance of all policies and Procure to Pay initiatives - Execute Automation KPI and Supplier evaluation development - Execute Assure integration and compliance of Procurement policies/procedures – consultation and execute changes Build a strong relationship with his stakeholders (Ops; Mktg; Supply Chain, Commercial) – consultation Work with Procurement Sector and Market Teams to build standard “umbrella” agreements/contracts along with the Legal and finance team Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor Degree in Administration, Engineering or Economy. Leadership and management of results-oriented teams English (intermediate) SAP, Excel (intermediate-advanced), Power BI (intermediate) Good negotiation skills with high degree of integrity Capability to work under pressure and deliver short term results in a very dynamic environment.
