Global Digitalization Engineer (Global Operation Support)
Responsible for the evaluation, implementation, and operation of new digitalization technology within the global operations support structure. Design, develop, and maintain software and hardware solutions for improving and optimizing global operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify areas for implementing digitalization solutions, improving efficiency and performance in global operations. Provide technical support and expertise to troubleshoot, modify, and optimize digital systems and procedures. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in digitalization technology. Provide guidance on project priorities, timelines, and deliverables to support strategic business goals. Present complex digitalization information to technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively. Monitor the performance of implemented digitalization projects and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders. Conduct regular testing and troubleshooting to ensure functionality and efficiency of digitalization systems and tools. Must engage in continuous learning in order to stay updated with the latest digitalization techniques and methods. Ensure all activities and operations comply with legal and ethical standards, and company policies. Document and maintain comprehensive and accurate records of system and network designs and any changes implemented. Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of production systems by creating SOPs.
