Global Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer

The Global Continuous Improvement Senior Enginee r will be based in Madrid, in European Headquarters, and will be part of the Operations Center of Excellence, reporting to Global Operations Excellence Center of Excellence Committee. We are looking for a seasoned professional, to provide expert-level support to Air Separation Unit (ASU) operations a processes worldwide, focusing on: performance improvement, best-practice implementation, and capability development across global sites. Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a senior specialist with deep mastery of ASU or comparable process technologies—someone motivated by contributing on a global scale, who values meaningful impact over hierarchical progression, and excels at creating alignment across diverse, cross‑functional teams. The key responsibilities of the role include: Serve as a global subject-matter expert in ASU process operations. Support sites with troubleshooting, performance optimization, and operational excellence. Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across all regions. Promote across the regions Cost Reduction and Efficiency Programs Assist regionsbuilding business cases as required Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. Travel internationally (~20%) to support key initiatives. Build strong relationships with plant teams and leadership.
