The Role
As Global Business Controller, you are a strategic financial partner to the business. You play a key role in strengthening performance management, improving transparency and enabling data-driven decision-making across our global organization.
You will translate strategy into measurable performance indicators, provide insights to management and the board, and drive initiatives that improve both financial and operational results. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, international manufacturing environment.
You will report directly to the Global CFO and work closely with finance and business stakeholders across all regions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs at global and local level
Develop and maintain real-time performance dashboards (Qlik)
Provide proactive insights and analysis to management and the board
Lead the global financial planning cycle (budgeting, forecasting and multi-year planning)
Support and challenge business case development and translate business cases into actionable financial plans
Identify and drive initiatives to close gaps between planned and actual performance
Lead or support cross-functional improvement projects across the organization
Develop and maintain a strong risk management framework (risk appetite, risk register, workshops)
Increase financial and performance awareness across the organization
Strengthen business control capabilities and financial literacy within local teams
