Global Agile Scrum Master (m/f/d)

BASF is seeking a Global Agile Scrum Master to coach and enable two Scrum teams to deliver high-quality increments, strengthen self-organization, and live agile values and principles. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Scrum Master in complex, global environments and strong SAFe understanding and hands-on experience in ART contexts.

Requirements

University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering – or a related field
Found experience as a Scrum Master in complex, global environments – ideally with hybrid teams (internal & external contributors)
Strong SAFe understanding and hands-on experience in ART contexts
Proven impediment, incident, and emergency management skills in production/mission-critical settings
Comfortable working with KPIs/flow metrics to inform decisions and improvements
Excellent communication, conflict navigation, and facilitation across time zones and cultures
Certifications such as PSM/PSPO, CSM/CSPO, SAFe SM, RTE, and/or ITIL 4
