What will you do?
When you join us as Global Account Manager Enterprise, you will start working with a number of our Enterprise international customers. You are their first point of contact, you answer their queries, and you keep them satisfied and engaged with our products and services. You will also actively seek new opportunities to grow your accounts’ revenue.
Main objectives
Achieving your personal target and contribute to the Sales team’s target.
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Communicating with customers in order to understand their needs and to explain our product value
Ensuring prompt and accurate answers to client’s queries
Developing additional business with existing customers by keeping them informed on our new product features and by engaging with them to use our solution on a larger geographical scope
Tasks & key responsibilities
You identify stakeholders and contact persons while keeping our CRM up to date
You stay in touch with your assigned customers and grow long-lasting relationships
You expand the commercial relationship within your assigned customer portfolio by identifying sales opportunities and following-up until sales order (renewals and up-sells)
You deliver throughout the sales cycle, this includes preparing presentations, delivering demos and creating offers
You document and track opportunity progress in our CRM (we use Hubspot)
You validate and process change requests
You assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations if needed
You participate in departmental improvement initiatives
