About ASML in Germany
Our locations in Germany include teams working on key ASML technical fields. In Berlin, we develop and manufacture key components for our lithography systems, such as wafer tables and clamps, reticle chucks and mirror blocks. Meanwhile, Dresden is the center of our German customer support team, which ensures our local customers make the most effective use of our machines’ hardware and software. Dresden also includes our software development team that seeks to continuously optimize the production process.
